I get to put whatever I want here. In this case, that means I'm posting my dinner menu from this evening.
I made sable fish with a miso and sake glaze; brown short grain rice; and a medley of beet, turnip, and brussel sprouts, saute'd in butter with hazelnuts, shallots, thyme, and garlic. I would have taken some pictures, but we ate it so damn fast I couldn't manage it. Suffice to say, it was “DEEE-LISH-US” as my 2-yr old would say.
